1. Leistung
AI Mail Cockpit unterstützt dich bei der Organisation deines E-Mail-Postfachs (Zusammenfassen, Vorsortieren, Antwort-Entwürfe vorbereiten, Dateien auslesen). Die App versendet keine E-Mails und löscht nichts endgültig ohne deine Freigabe.
2. Konto & Zugang
Für die Nutzung verbindest du dein Gmail- und/oder Outlook-Postfach per offizieller Anmeldung (OAuth). Du bist für die Geheimhaltung deiner Zugangsdaten verantwortlich.
3. Deine Verantwortung
KI-Ergebnisse (z. B. Antwort-Entwürfe) sind Vorschläge. Du prüfst und entscheidest vor jeder Verwendung selbst; insbesondere wird kein Entwurf automatisch versendet.
4. Zulässige Nutzung
Keine rechtswidrige Nutzung, kein Missbrauch der Schnittstellen, keine Umgehung von Sicherheits- oder Limit-Mechanismen.
5. Abos & Preise (In-App-Käufe)
AI Mail Cockpit bietet optionale Abonnements (z. B. Lite, Premium, Max) als Monats- oder Jahresabo über den Apple App Store. Preis und Laufzeit werden vor dem Kauf in der App und im App Store angezeigt. Jedes Abo enthält ein monatliches Mail-Kontingent (1 verarbeitete Mail = 1 Einheit); ist es aufgebraucht, pausieren Automationen bis zur Erneuerung – zusätzliche Kosten entstehen dadurch nicht. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt werden. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über dein Apple-Konto; Verwaltung und Kündigung: iPhone-Einstellungen → Apple-ID → Abonnements. Ein Downgrade wird zum Ende der laufenden Periode wirksam; bei einem Upgrade gelten sofort das neue Kontingent und die volle neue Laufzeit. Für Rückerstattungen gelten die Regeln des Apple App Store.
6. Verfügbarkeit
Die App wird mit angemessener Sorgfalt bereitgestellt; eine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit wird nicht garantiert.
7. Haftung
Haftung nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen; für leichte Fahrlässigkeit nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden.
8. Kündigung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit trennen/löschen; damit werden die Zugriffstokens entfernt.
9. Anbieter & Recht
Anbieter: DAITEC, Mario Dayan, Gütersloh (siehe Impressum). Es gilt deutsches Recht.

1. Service
DAITEC – AI Automation helps you organise your email inbox (summarising, pre-sorting, preparing reply drafts, reading out files). The app does not send emails and does not permanently delete anything without your approval.
2. Account & access
To use the app you connect your Gmail and/or Outlook mailbox via the official sign-in (OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Your responsibility
AI results (e.g. reply drafts) are suggestions. You review and decide before any use; in particular, no draft is sent automatically.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no misuse of the interfaces, no circumvention of security or limit mechanisms.
5. Subscriptions & pricing (in-app purchases)
AI Mail Cockpit offers optional subscriptions (e.g. Lite, Premium, Max) as monthly or yearly plans via the Apple App Store. Price and duration are shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase. Each plan includes a monthly mail quota (1 processed mail = 1 unit); once it is used up, automations pause until renewal – no additional costs arise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing is handled via your Apple account; manage or cancel under iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; an upgrade grants the new quota and the full new duration immediately. Refunds are governed by the rules of the Apple App Store.
6. Availability
The app is provided with reasonable care; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Liability
Liability according to statutory provisions; for slight negligence only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
8. Termination
You can disconnect/delete your account at any time; this removes the access tokens.
9. Provider & law
